Course Outline

Food and Nutrition is a one year course of practical and theoretical activities related to food, nutrition, health & Wellbeing. There is a possibility of Unit Standards being offered. 

Assessment

Internals 

US 15900 Prepare, cook and present meat in the hospitality industry – 4 credits

US 19770 Prepare and present egg and cheese dishes in the hospitality industry – 3 credits

US 15901 Prepare and present fruit and vegetables in the hospitality industry – 3 credits

AS 92008 Demonstrate understanding of wellbeing through the application of a model of health – 5 credits
