Relay For Life - Relay Your Way

Small steps can make a remarkable difference for people affected by cancer in our community.
Today was a time to celebrate cancer survivors, remember loved ones lost to cancer and raise awareness and funds.
Students participated in the above event by walking/running around our school block for an hour. This made for a colourful display as students were encouraged to wear their house colours.
Students were sponsored by the lap and some good tallies were taken in support of the Cancer Society Foundation.
Candles were lit on the steps of the Cathedral for those who had lost someone in their family to cancer. Some beautiful messages were also written.
