Stadium Fundraising Work 2022

With the stadium back up and running again and being able to admit crowds, the call is out for any Year 11-13 students and parents (your child can be in any year) who would like to take the opportunity to raise funds for school activities.

Events range from rugby matches to concerts and happen on a frequent basis throughout the year. For a rugby match you will work approx 2.5hrs, a concert could be longer, The job consists of ticket scanning - that's it! So, easy money! You work the events you want, so you are not obligated to work every event.

You are paid $20 dollars per hour (this has gone up from $17 and no tax as it is classed as a fundraiser). For example, if you do a rugby match with your child you will earn approx $80-$90. All money earned goes directly onto your school account and can be used to pay anything school related. It is an ideal opportunity to help pay for school camps/class trips/sports subs/sports tournaments etc, and for those of you that may have outstanding payments, it's a great way to get this paid off!

The next event is a rugby match on Saturday 16th April, starting at 5.15pm and working until 7.30pm. There are still 2 spots available, so if you are interested, please contact Anna Louw-Young ASAP to get your name on the list: alouw-young@kavanagh.school.nz
