Makasini Performs Well for Metro Under 16 Rugby Team

David Makasini was selected in the Metro Under 16 Rugby Team this year and performed very well.
David had three games before the tournament vs North Otago where he scored three tries and helped the team win 80-0. They then played Southland and won that game 26-18 followed by South Otago which they won 29-19.
The team then went to Nelson where they had three games, winning two and making it to the final but unfortunately they lost by 9 points.
