Milton Relay 2022 Run in Great Conditions

On Wednesday 1 June, four Kavanagh College teams travelled to Milton to take part in the Otago/Southland Secondary School Cross Country Relay.
Our two junior boys teams comprising of Oscar Ung, Wills Harrington, Van Porter and Luca Phillips finished 7th overall in a team time of 29:56.6 and Tomas Lahood, Joseph Kelly, Alex Roulston and Harry Lodge finished in a time of 31: 22 .9 finishing 8th.
The Senior Boys team was placed a very credible 3rd place with Oliver Lodge finishing in the second fastest lap of the day 5.58.6. The team time was 26.42.4 with Ara Jolly, Jeremy Meikle and Joseph Brennan making up the rest of the team.
Our Junior Mixed team finished second in a time of 32.28 .8, with Samuel Bingley, Cameron Adnitt, Angie Quinn and Brooke Cathro making up the team.
Well done to all athletes, you did Kavanagh proud.
