Football teams finish season on a high

The 2nd XI and Junior Year 9/10 sides both had final matches to find 3rd/4th places in their respective competitions. 

Our 2nd XI cleaned up Logan Park High, the official score was 10:1, to finish 3rd in the Senior Reserve League for the season. The junior side had a close encounter with a mixed side from Kings being 3:3 at full time. Going to extra time they took it out 4:3 to likewise finish third in the Junior Reserve competition. 

Our 1st XI convincingly defeated the Kings 2nd XI to proceed through to the final of the Senior Premier League. This is to be played at the Forsyth Barr Stadium next Wednesday, 4:15pm kick off. The North Stand open to the public. Their opponents could be either Otago Boy's or John McGlashan.
