Once again, Year 12 students made a pilgrimage to Tirohonga camp to spend a day and night at retreat.

For more than two decades, the senior students have headed to Tirohonga to have a time of reflection. This is a special time and the students are encouraged to reflect upon themselves and their relationships with each other. There are different activities led by Dr Lanner and her team of teachers as well as Fr Michael Dooley and a newcomer to the school retreats, Fr Sani Lam.

Some students are not sure what to expect and feel quite anxious but are usually very grateful for the experience. Others have older siblings and know that the time will be enjoyed. The retreat finishes with a mass which is held outdoors if the weather is kind.
