Special Character Reflection

Good morning everyone

Congratulations for nearly making it to the end of term 3! We all need to make sure we thank everyone who has helped us along the way, including our teachers, parents and our friends. The end of the school year is fast approaching and for some this is their last year ever in high school so we keep everyone in our prayers and thoughts through this time.

A short prayer to reflect on:

We thank you Lord, for this term.
For the challenges, the successes, and the mistakes from which we have learnt.
Be with us as we spend our time with family and friends.
Give us strength and courage to do what is right: to be witnesses of our faith.
Help us to be practical Catholics these holidays, to appreciate what others do for us, to give time and effort to help others.
To be peacemakers in our family.
Keep us safe in our activities: give us good rest and good fun.
Bring us back refreshed and ready for a new term.
We thank you for our classmates, teachers, parents and a community that cares for us.
May we always be conscious of you in our lives.
Amen

Enjoy these two last days of term and have a fun two week break. For the year 13s it is nearly the end of our school life here at Kavanagh College, make the most of it and don't forget to be grateful for all the opportunities you have been given. Stay safe in this two week break and we will see you again in term 4!

God Bless,

Your Special Character Prefects, Pippa & Maliza
