9McG's share yoga poses as part of a wellbeing activity for our class.

Students took photos of themselves at home doing the exercise and gave tips on how to do the pose. The indoor exercise was one that the Prime Minister recently recommended New Zealanders to do whilst in lockdown. Check out their range of creative suggestions below and give it a go!
