From today's Scripture - I tell you most solemnly, if you do not eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you will not have life in you.
Reflection - When I eat and drink something it literally becomes part of me, giving me energy and changing me. How does this make me think about Eucharist differently?
