Enviroweek

Enviroweek has been taking place this week.

The week started with launching the new recycling bins with an educational video featuring some of our year 8 and 9 students. The seniors decorated the school with chalk art and stood by the bins at lunchtime, educating students about what goes in them and rewarding people for using the correct bins.

The library had an awesome display and colouring competition and some students are designing a mural. Rosa and Liberty, our enviro-prefects spoke at assembly and former student and Green Party candidate Elliot Blyth also came back to speak. The week concludes tomorrow with a sustainable mufti day and clothing swap.
