I am available to talk with you about your health and wellbeing. I can provide support and advice around mental and emotional well-being for example managing stress, difficult emotions and relationships. I can also help with your physical wellbeing in areas such as sleep, nutrition and exercise. If you need further assistance I can refer you on to the right person who can help.
