Year 7 – 9 Parent/Student/Teacher Interviews

These interviews are for the caregivers and students in Year 7 - 9. Whanau Teachers and Subject Teachers will be available for interviews. We would strongly encourage students to attend these interviews along with their caregivers. You will need to know the names of your child's teachers before starting to book interviews.

The actual room for each interview, along with a reminder of the times you have booked, will be emailed to you on Tuesday 18 May. Interviews will be running from 2.30pm until 8.00pm with all staff taking a tea break from 5.10pm – 6.00pm.

Bookings will be open from 9:00am on Monday 3 May and will close at 11:00pm on Monday 17th May.

On Wednesday 19th May school will finish early at 2:00pm for students in Years 7 - 9.

For students in Year 10 school will finish at the usual time of 3.00pm.

For students in Years 11 – 13 school will finish at the usual Wednesday time 2.10pm.

Buses will be running at the usual times on both these days.

Staff will be available for two blocks of interviews

Block 1 - 2:30 to 5:10pm

Tea Break - 5:10 to 6:00pm

Block 2 - 6:00 to 8:00pm
