Monday 7 May

Defence Fundamentals Time: 6-8pm; Venue: Edgar Centre.

Description: Advance your knowledge on the fundamentals of defensive play. Bound to have you leave with some robust and effective defensive structures to freshen up your teams ability to put full court pressure on and win ball.

Monday 14 May

Developing Physical Capacity Time: 6-9pm; Venue: Edgar Centre.

Description: Heard of NetSmart, well Developing Physical Capacity is the next step up, packed with the multitude of elements that go into performance and it's enhancement. Valuable for all coaches, especially for age group schools or rep teams, those attending tournaments and Premier teams! To find out more and register, click here.

Shooting Clinic Time: 3.30pm-4.30pm; Edgar Centre.

Description: Learn from the best the in's and out's of shooting, how to progress the skill and towards accurate and focused shooters.

MOTHER EARTH FUTURE FERNS - YEAR 7&8

Coach Workshop 2018 - Thursday 10 May, 7-8.30pm, venue tbc.

This workshop is suitable for all Year 7 & 8 Team coaches, coaching within this age group competition this season. Coaches will have a sound understanding of the fundamental skills required for coaching these netballers after completing this workshop. This workshop includes information on the Netball Smart Warmups and coaches receive a thorough resource guide to follow week to week.
