Yr 7 and 8 Netball Development Programme

In 2018 Dunedin Netball will continue to implement our skills development programme for Under 15, Under 14, Year 7, Year 8 and Year 5&6 players. The programmes have been created by Jo Morrison (NNZ Selector, ex Silver Fern and England player), who will enable delivery of a well rounded development programme for young players in Dunedin.

All programmes will concentrate on developing and furthering the essential skills at the level required for this age group as recommended in the NNZ Player Development Guidelines.

Year 7, Year 8 - Open entries

Registrations are open for both the Year 7 and 8 development programme. Numbers will be capped* at 60 players so registrations will close once this number is reached. Registrations accepted on a first in, first served basis.

Following these development dates, there is an opportunity to develop further and experience tournament play at two Sunday Tournaments in August (19th and 26th) and train in teams in lead up to this. This opportunity is only available to those who are part of the development programme.
