Student Representative Election for the Board of Trustees

We have been advised by the New Zealand School Trustees Association (NZSTA) that due to time frames and processes being impacted by the current COVID alert levels, schools are to -

• PAUSE Student Representative election processes at this time
• Await further advice from the Ministry of Education and NZSTA. They are looking at providing all schools with an extension to the election timeframe
• A decision will be made once students and staff are able to return to school.

We understand there is uncertainty at this time, however The NZSTA will provide the information as soon as decisions are made.
