Bula vinaka, Fakaalofa lahi atu, Mālō e lelei, Kia orana, Taloha ni, Malo lava, Mauri, Ia orana, Kia ora koutou katoa!

This year is the 25th anniversary of Otago Polyfest. Every year this iconic event grows bigger and this year over 160 early childhood, primary, intermediate and secondary groups will take the stage during week eight at the More FM arena, Edgar Centre.

Pasifika Vibes and Te Whetū Tīrama Tēina (Year 7 & 8 Kapa Haka) are both performing in the evening session on Thursday, 13 September. Both groups are currently rehearsing most days and are sounding fantastic.

Next weekend, the Year 7 & 8s will be attending a noho kura (overnight school sleepover) to prepare and bring the group together before the big week. Our school library will be transformed into a wharenui for the sleepover and the group will be rehearsing in the PAD. Pasifika Vibes will be putting the polish on their vibrant act in the auditorium.

Please support our groups when they take the stage in a few weeks!
