Yesterday the senior Te Reo Māori class visited the Dunedin Public Art Gallery to see the Kāi Tahu artists exhibition: Paemanu Tauraka Toi: A Landing Place.
We were given an insight into the collective vision and the individual ideas of some of the artists by Libby (the gallery educator). Te ātaahua hoki o te whakaaturanga nei! What a stunning exhibition! The students also enjoyed a hands-on art workshop, they were so focused you could have heard a pin drop in the art room.
