We are lucky to have Matua Bailey Matoe here for a teacher training placement. Bailey hails from Tauranga Moana where he was a student at Te Wharekura o Mauao. Te reo Māori is Bailey’s first language. This week the year 10 Te Reo Māori class have been taught by Bailey where they are learning the beginning Mau Rākau stances.
