We are now seeking expressions of interest from suitable candidates for our on-site uniform shop selling Kavanagh College uniforms
If you are keen to take on responsibility, are a team player, likes taking ownership of your role, pride yourself on your organisational ability and enjoy achieving great customer feedback because of your customer service skills, please read further.
The tasks of the role cover assisting students/parents with their uniform selection, operating the POS system, managing stock and general administration duties, along with other duties under the guidance of the shop manager.
You would be representing Uniform Group and Kavanagh College.
These roles would probably best suit persons who are located within a close radius of the school. These are great positions that offer flexibly for someone whom is looking for part-time work, or who may be re-entering the workforce and want to apply or improve their skills, while being part of a supportive team.
Hours can vary between 3 – 8 hours per week for the standard terms, although T1 and T4 are the busiest back to school period, we require flexibility around these busy times, when additional hours are required along with the school holidays in January.
Skills and experience required:
Our preference is that you already have:
· Skills in customer service from previous employment
· Cash handling experience
· A strong organisational background
· Good basic computer knowledge
· Understanding and an interest in apparel
· Can demonstrate good communication skills both verbally and written, and importantly, with all ages and cultures.
