Year 10 Netball Tournament

We recently held the inaugural Year 10 Netball tournament on a cloudy Thursday afternoon on the courts.
Each of the Year 10 PE classes had been practicing and preparing since the beginning of Term Four. There were nine teams across two pools which made for some great pool play games. The year group showed some fantastic sportsmanship, giving their all in the games and cheering their classmates on.
Hoops Army and Harry's Heroes made it into the grand final which was an intense match up as both teams were so far unbeaten.. Hoops Army got off to a strong start and managed to take an early lead. A strong surge in the second half saw Harry's Heroes toppling the scoreboard and taking out the 2022 competition. A special shoutout to Joshua Vink who was named MVP for the tournament.
