Year 7-13 Parent/Teacher Interviews

Parent Interviews will be held on Wednesday 29th March (via Google Meet) and Tuesday 4th April (in person in the College Gymnasium). We would strongly encourage students to attend with their caregivers. Interviews will be running from 2.00pm until 8.00pm with all staff taking a tea break from 5.15pm – 6.00pm.

Please note that parents of students in 9WHHG will need to book with the teacher called “Whibley/Hughes” for integrated studies, not with the individual teacher Whibley or Hughes.

Parents of students in 9MCHA will need to book with the teacher called “McGarry/Harris” for integrated studies, not with the individual teacher McGarry or Harris.

Please note that Liz Naylor is unavailable for interviews on 29th March, so please book interviews with her on Tuesday 4th April.

You will need to know the names of your child’s subject teachers. Bookings will be open from 9:15am on Monday 13th March and will close at 11:50pm on Monday 27th March for interviews on the 29th March and will close at 11:50pm on Sunday 2nd April for interviews on 4th April.

The web address is http://www.parentinterviews.co.nz or you can click on the link at the bottom of our website www.kavanagh.co.nz The school code for Wednesday 29th March is P4ZA77ND and for Tuesday 4th April is 5XWWTRTB. After logging on you can book interviews with each staff member.

You will be emailed a link to the Google Meet on Tuesday 28th March, the day before your booked interviews.

On both Wednesday 29th March and Tuesday 4th April school will finish early at 1.30pm for students.

Buses will be running at the usual times on both these days and the Canteen will be open for lunch.

Staff will be available for two blocks of interviews

Block 1 - 2:00 to 5:15pm

Tea Break - 5:15 to 6:00pm

Block 2 - 6:00 to 8:00pm
