Year 13 Geography Trip

The Year 13 Geography class recently completed a field trip looking at the coastal processes operating within the Dunedin Coastal Environment.

The students compared the beach profiles and longshore drift between Tomahawk and Tunnel beach to see if these areas were being constructed or destructed. We had to dodge a few cold showers along the way but the students were in fine form and they now have the raw data they need to complete their Geographic Research.
